EARLY CHECK IN

Unfortunately, Yosemite Southgate Hotel & Suites cannot guarantee early-check in requests because our hotel runs full throughout the busy season.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

We charge $10 per additional adult above double-occupancy. We consider children age 12 and over as adults. Rollaway Beds are available for $15 additional per night. Special arrangements can be made at time of check-in and are subject to availability.

The Yosemite Southgate Hotel & Suites has a 24 hour Cancellation Policy whereby it is required to cancel or modify at least 1 day prior to your arrival date by 4:00 PM. If you fail to cancel outside of this window of 1 days and try to make any changes or cancel within 1 days prior to arrival date, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee of 1 full night plus taxes and fees. If you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus taxes and fees.

The above Cancellation Policy does not apply if you have made a reservation with an Advance Purchase Discount or a Non-Refundable Discount. You will NOT be able to cancel or modify this pre-paid non-refundable reservation type. Your total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and become prepaid and non-refundable.

Credit cards are pre-authorized prior to arrival. The hotel is not responsible for guaranteeing the reservation if an invalid or expired credit card is provided. The name on the credit card used to check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required in order to check-in.

We offer a 24-hour desk clerk, however, we request that you inform us in advance if you will be checking in late past 11 PM.

A voluntary $1-per-night donation to Yosemite Conservancy (www.yosemite.org) will be included in the total cost of your stay. The official nonprofit partner to Yosemite National Park, Yosemite Conservancy provides critical funding for many projects which preserve and protect the park and enrich the visitor experience. You can choose to opt-out of this donation, at any time during your stay or by check-out by notifying the front desk.

Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a $150 non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in guest room or within hotel facility. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount of $250.00 to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a $150 security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.
